Interchange Outer East is an innovative, community based, non profit organisation that supports people to achieve the life they want. We provide services that respond to the needs of over 850 families who have a child with a disability including respite, camps and day activities, family support programs, teenage volunteering opportunities and more. We are creative in our approach and believe strongly in working with all areas of the community to develop opportunities for people.
