Funding a new Bone Marrow Transplant Ward at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney

With your help, we can protect bone marrow transplant patients from life threatening diseases, and provide much needed privacy, through the construction of a new state-of-the-art bone marrow transplant ward at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. We aim to raise $300,000 to fully fit out one of the sixteen rooms in the ward and need your support to give patients the best possible chance of full recovery.

Arrow Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation

Established in 1987, the Arrow Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation (Arrow) is today the only national charity that aims to improve the survival and quality of life for patients with blood diseases treatable by bone marrow and blood stem cell transplants, while providing support for their carers in Australia by: funding medical research projects; providing vital emergency funding, travel and accommodation support to patients, their carers and families; and by improving patient care through specialised education and skills development for nurses and other health staff. Arrow also runs the Tracey Scone Wig Library to give all cancer patients the opportunity to borrow a quality wig completely free of charge.
