Thank you for supporting us, your fundraising efforts will make a real difference.

Hummingbird House provides short break stays, family support services, creative therapies, and care at the end of life, for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

The heartbreaking reality is that an estimated 3,700 Queensland children are living with life-limiting conditions, which can include congenital heart abnormalities and neurodegenerative conditions. Diagnosis with a life-limiting condition means a child is not expected to reach their 18th birthday, and in most cases their life expectancy is much shorter.

The funds you raise on the Northen Vietnam Trek will help Hummingbird House continue to provide cost-free support and care for children and families throughout Queensland.

Wesley Mission Queensland

Wesley Mission Queensland has been caring for the Queensland community for more than 100 years. We provide a range of vital community services and programs, supporting youth and families, seniors, people living with a disability and people experiencing unemployment, disadvantage, homelessness and isolation.

As the first provider of aged care in Queensland we have been honoured to share in the lives of seniors for generations through residential aged care, in-home care, respite care and premier independent retirement living options. We are known and respected by government, industry partners and the community for our ability to provide and initiate services and programs in response to the ever changing needs within our community.

In all that we do, we strive to empower those we work with through our compassion, our commitment to justice and our desire to create an inclusive society for all. By working together we can realise this vision.
